2 quarts chicken broth
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
1 C onion, chopped
1 T dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 carrots, sliced
1/2 C celery, sliced
1 t salt
2 C frozen tortellini

Directions:
Directions:
combine chicken broth, chicken, onion, dried parsley flakes, carrots, celery and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce head and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Remove chicken and shred. Return to soup. Place in freezer bag. Freeze tortellini separately. To serve. Thaw. Heat to boiling. Add tortellini and continue to boil for the time recommended on tortellini package. Serve with hot rolls and butter.
