Ingredients:
Ingredients:

(Stuffing for chicken or used as a side dish.)
4 c. lean hamburg
2 c. rice, washed
˝ c. pine nuts
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. chicken broth or 4 c. water and 3 bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté meat until lightly brown. Add rice and sauté lightly. This cooks the surface flour and prevents the rice from sticking. Add pine nuts, seasonings and broth. Stir and cook until the water is absorbed (about 20 minutes).
If it’s to be used to stuff a chicken, do not add the broth. After stuffing the chicken, the cavities must be sewn and the chicken boiled not baked.
