2 bags of stuffing = 1 bag cubed, 1 bag crushed


2 boxes chicken broth


1 tube of Sage Sausage


2 tbl sp olive oil


2 tbl sp minced garlic


2 tbl sp ground Sage


2 tbl sp Tarragon


1 tbl sp black pepper


1 small sweet onion


celery = amt to onion size


1 granny smith apple

Directions:
In a food processor zip up the Onion, Celery and apple to practically liquified. Set aside for now.



In a large pot, add olive oil and garlic and sausage. then Sage, Tarragon & black pepper. brown sausage till cooked thoroughly and grease is cooked out



You should not need to drain if you use a good sausage like Jimmy Dean. Add Onion Celery and apple. sweat the veggies into the sausage over med low heat. do not brown the veggies.



Add the 1 box of chicken broth at a time. stir to everything is incorporated. Let simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.



I a very large bowl empty the 2 bags of stuffing. mix them together so the crumbled and cubed are well combined. Add the sausage broth slowly mixing until all stuffing is moistened. Empty into lasagne pan. cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350 covered. remove foil and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
