2- 8oz. containers of cool whip (regular, lite, or fat free)
1- 15oz. can of pumpkin puree
1- package of instant pudding mix (I use sugar free fat free cheesecake)
1-2 tbsp. of pumpkin pie spice
Cinnamon for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cool whip with pumpkin puree with hand or stand mixer. Add pudding mix and mix for a minute. Finally add pumpkin pie spice and mix until blended.

Refrigerate before serving. Cinnamon may be sprinkled on the top. Serve with graham cracker sticks or fruit. Great with sliced apples.
