4 lbs. cucumber sliced
2 lbs. onions, sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips.
1 head cauliflower, cut into serving pieces

6 C sugar
3 C vinegar
2 T pickling salt
3 t celery salt
3 t mustard seed
3 t tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Place all prepared vegetables into an ice cream pail.

Mix together over low heat all remaining ingredients. Do not boil.

Pour over vegetables and store in refrigerator.
Stir each day for two days.

Will keep for a long time in fridge.
