2/3 cup sliced almonds
3 TB margarine
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cream (or half & half)
1 TB Dijon mustard
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toast 2/3 cup sliced almonds (350º oven on cookie sheet, about 5 min, keep checking). Melt 3 TB margarine in skilled and brown 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (salt and pepper to taste). Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup mixed with 1 cup cream (I used half & half) and 1 TB Dijon mustard.
Cook 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. (Electric skillet works well) Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Add almonds last as garnish.
