6 cups rhubarb - chopped
4 cups sugar
1 3oz box cherry gelatin
1 can instant cherry pie mix

Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let set over night. Next day, cook for 10 min. Add dry gelatin and cherry pie mix to hot mixture. Stir well. Put in sterilized jars and store in refrigerator or freezer. Makes 8 cups.
