4 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup sugar
10 marshmallows cut up or 2/3 cup small ones
1 small white cake mix (Jiffy)
nut meats are optional
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º (325º if glass dish). Put rhubarb in square or oblong baking dish. Sprinkle sugar and marshmallows over rhubarb. Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 40 mins. 50 if in glass dish.
