1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2/3 cup milk (sub. tomatoes or catsup for part of the milk)
1 lb. ground beef
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup grated onion
1 scant tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
Dash of pepper

Sauce
1/4 cup catsup
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk, add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Form into individual loaves; place in greased muffin tins. Cover with sauce. Serves 6-8. Bake at 350º for 45 min., or if baking one large loaf - bake 1 hour.

Microwave directions
Microwave on high 10-12 min. rotate every 3 min. pour topping over meatloaf and turn on high 3 more min.
