1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cups diced rhubarb

Sauce
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup brown sugar
2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st ingredients well. Pour into cake pan. Pour sauce over the top. Makes a sauce on bottom of cake. Bake 350º. (Bake time not listed on recipe in cookbook. Could be 30 plus minutes. Good luck.)
