2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter,melted
1 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, b. powder,b. soda, sugar, and salt. Set aside

In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid ingredients, mixing quickly. Fold in blueberries. Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins. Bake in a 400 degree oven for
20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cool completely on wire rack. Also you can make 6 large muffins
or a pan of 12 smaller.
