1 cup flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp. orange flavoring (has vanilla flavoring written in red above the orange flavoring)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together the flour, white sugar, baking powder, and milk. Stir in rhubarb. Spread mixture into greased 9" pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over top of batter. Combine water and flavoring and pour over all. Bake at 350º for 35 min. Serve with cream, cool whip, or ice cream.
