Ingredients:  
1 dozen steamed cherry stone clams, cleaned and chopped, or equivalent canned clams
4-5 boiled yellow potatoes, skinned and diced after cooking
1/4 cup diced salt pork
1/2 diced red bell pepper
Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, salt to taste
2-3 tablespoons cream ( optional)
Eggs over easy to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the potatoes, clams, cream, and seasonings to taste in a bowl. Start cooking the salt pork in a non stick or cast iron skillet until some fat is rendered. Add some oil if not enough fat. Add the bell pepper and cook until softened. Add the potato/clam mixture and cook undisturbed for a few minutes. Toss around and cook other side for a few minutes. Serve.
