1 chicken cut into parts
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp paprika
salt and pepper

Sauce:

1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp soya sauce
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup pineapple cubes
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken parts in flour mixture and bake skin side down in 350º oven for 30 minutes.

Combine all sauce ingredients together and heat till thick and pour over chicken in roaster and bake covered for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
