1 cup milk
5-6 slices liver
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
5-6 slices bacon
1 tbsp. butter
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse liver in cold water. Place milk and liver in ziplock bag. Place in fridge for 1 hr.

Remove liver from milk. Pat dry. Mix salt, pepper & onion powder. Season liver.

On med-high heat fry bacon in frying pan. Remove bacon, set aside. Drain off excess bacon fat. Add butter to pan. Fry liver on both sides. Reduce heat to med. Add onions. Fry till liver and onions are done. About 5 min. Return bacon to pan. Turn off heat. Cover pan. Let sit on cooling burner about 5 min. Remove from burner. Serve.
