1 Eetlepel Heuning
1 Blik (240g) heel Mieliepitte gedreineer
1 Blik (330ml) Bier

1. Smeer die Broodpannetjie goed met botter
2. Meng al die bestandele saam
3. Gooi die deeg in die broodpan en bak dit in die oond teen 175ºC vir 45 minute
of todat dit verbruin het.
4. Dop die brood uit op 'n droograkkie en laat dit afkoel voor dit gesny word.
