1 cup Dry Black Beans, cooked
¼ cup Oil
1 cup chopped Onions
1 cup Celery
2 cloves Garlic
2/3 cup Raw Brown Rice
5-6 cup Stock
1/8 tsp Cayenne

Directions:
The evening before, soak the dry black beans in water.

Cook the beans until tender. Drain and mash the beans, saving the liquid for the stock. Heat oil. Saute the onions, garlic, celery and rice until onions are transparent. Stir in 1 cup stock. Add herbs and spices, then the remaining stock and beans. Simmer 2-3 hours or 8-10 hours in a crock pot.

Just before serving, blend milk powder with ½ cup of soup and mix in with the rest of the soup. Pair with a hearty bread, if desired.
