1 cup long grain rice
1 tbsp. butter
1 10-oz. can condensed beef broth
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup green peas

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, cook and stir rice in butter over medium heat until light brown. Carefully add broth, water, carrots and peas. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender, carrots and peas are crisp, and liquid is absorbed. Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired
