1 package shredded frozen spinach (thawed)
1 24 oz container sour cream
1 8 oz container mayonnaise
1 package of knoll's vegetable mix
1 loaf of sourdough bread
Directions:
Directions:
rain frozen spinach of all remain water. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, spinach, mayonnaise and vegetable mix. Mix together until well blended.
Cut loaf of bread into 1/2 inch cubes.
Serve and enjoy.
Refrigerate leftovers
