12 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit
2) Line cupcake tins with cupcake liners
3) Mix the crushed graham crackers with the butter
4) Pack the mix into the bottom of the liners
5) In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
6) Add the eggs, lemon juice, and sugar to the cream cheese and beat until smooth and thoroughly combined
7) Fill each baking cup 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture
8) Bake for 30 minutes, or until set
9) Cool on a rack
10) Top with a fruit sauce
