1/3 c. butter
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. flour
3 c. milk (can use part cream)
1 can tuna (6.5 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 tsp. savory
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1/3 c. sherry (optional)
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the butter, onion and celery; gradually add the flour and milk and blend well.

Add the tuna, salt pepper and savory. Next add the cooked mixed vegetables, sherry and shredded cheese.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
