2 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
2 1/2 cups boiling water
dash of salt
2 10 oz pkg frozen raspberries
2 cups heavy cream
2 loaves angel cake
1 1/2 cups heavy cream for frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 2 1/2 cups boiling water with the salt. Add defrosted berries.
Chill until partially set. Whip cream until peaks form. Fold into jello mixture.
Tear angel cake into pieces and place in a serving dish. Add raspberry mixture and mix until cake is well covered. Let it set. Frost with whipped heavy cream.
