Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups (475 ml) orange juice
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
4 cups (9ml) evaporated milk
2 cups of crushed ice
pitcher
2 large containers (About 1 1/2 quarts in size each)
1 mixing container (About the same size or smaller)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour the orange juice into 1 of the 2 large containers. The orange juice should have already been measured out to 2 cups.
2. Add 1/2 cup of sugar into the same container to combine the orange juice and sugar.
3. Mix thoroughly. Most of the time, simply mixing with a spoon will not be enough for this combination. To make sure it mixes well, pour the orange juice and sugar mix from its current large container into the container and repeat until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Add 1 cup of the crushed ice to the mix. Simply adding ice cubes will not work.
5. Mix ice in thoroughly. Do this by pouring the ice and orange juice/sugar combo from container to container, as in step 3. The mixture must be as cold as possible.
6. Pour the evaporated milk into the unused container. The milk should have been measured out to 4 cups.
7. Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the milk.
8. Mix ice thoroughly. Do this by pouring the milk and ice from the current large container to the smaller mixing container, just as in step 3 and 5. Work quickly so the orange juice mix does not become warm.
9. Combine the milk and orange juice mixes. Do this by pouring from container to container. Work quickly if poured too slowly, the mixture will crude!
10. Place the drink into a pitcher for easy pouring and serve.
