2 cans of chick peas (drained and rinsed well)
2/3 cup tahini paste
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves of garlic smashed
1 jar of roasted red pepper
pinch of salt


Directions:
Directions:
Whirl the whole mess in the food processor until very smooth. Some people like a little chunky texture but they are fools. Go for the consistency of Greek yogurt! If hummus is to thick or sticks together, thin with more olive oil. If hummus is to thin add more chick peas.

You can't go wrong. You may have to adjust to make the consistency the way you like.
