1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 egg white
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
14 oz. flaked/shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 325 degrees
beat egg white to stiff peaks
mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and almond extract and coconut
fold milk mixture into egg whites

place on cookie sheet lined with parchement paper bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
cool slightly on cookie sheet. remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
enjoy.
sometimes i drizzle melted chocolate on them
