Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 frozen bread loaves
beet leaves

Sauce:
1 - 250ml whipping cream
chopped dill
1/2 small chopped onion
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pick beet leaves a day or two before you make the rolls so that they will wilt. Rinse in cold water. Trim off the stem. Put between two tea towels and pat dry.

Leave frozen dough in the package (if you don't the dough will form a crust) and take it out the night before and leave on counter.

Pinch a small piece of dough place on the beet leaf and roll like a cabbage roll. Place on greased cookie sheet and let it rise for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then bake in the oven at 350ºF for 15 - 20 minutes. Checking to make sure they do not overbake, should be like a soft bun consistency.

Sauce:
Heat whipping cream, butter, onions and dill until thick. Pour over beatnicks just before serving.
