1 Egg
3 Eggs Whites
2 cups soft white Bread Crumbs, packed
3 cups whole Milk
1 tsp. Margarine melted
2/3 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup Raisins
Whipped Cream to top

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the egg and the egg whites together. Mix in the bread, milk, margarine, sugar, vanilla, walnuts, and raisins. Pour mixture into a crockpot. Cover. Cook on low for 3 hours or until a knife inserted into the center of the pudding comes out clean.

Serve warm or chilled with whip cream
