• 1 box or package of bow tie noodles (Farfalle)
• 2 cups coarse bread crumbs
• 1 stick butter plus 1/2 stick butter
• salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
• Cook noodles in boiling water according to package instructions
• Melt butter in medium sized pan
• Brown breadcrumbs in butter until toasty
• Drain bow ties in a colander
• Place bow ties back in pot
• Toss a half stick of butter on the drained bow ties, salt and pepper to taste, add the toasted bread crumbs in small quantities to mix through evenly
• Keep warm on top of stove or oven until ready to serve

Can be used as a side dish or main course

My grandmother, Tereza Fried made this frequently as a family favorite. She would serve it as a side dish with beef, chicken or fish. I enjoyed it so much and can eat it as my entree.
