2 tasse patates pilées
2 1/2 tasse sucre
1 tasse lait
2 c. à tab. beurre fondu
3 c. à tab. vanille
5 c. à thé poudre à pâte
3 à 4 thé farine
Sucre à glacer (facultatif)

Directions:
Directions:
Faire cuire les patates, les piler avec le lait le sucre et le beurre. Ajouter la vanille et la poudre à pâte. Incorporer la farine et laisser reposer 4 à 5 heures.
Rouler la farine comme une pâte à tarte. Couper avec un moule à beigne et cuire dans l'huile à haute friture. Saupoudrer de sucre à glacer.
