3 EGGS BEATEN UNTIL FROTHY

3 CUPS FLOUR
1/2 TSP SALT

Bring a large saucepan of water to a rapid boil.

Beat EGGS UNTIL FROTHY
ADD 1 C. MILK
ADD 3 CUPS FLOUR (SLOWLY)
1/2 TSP SALT

SHOULD BE STIFF AND STICKY CONSISTENCY.
Use a Spaetzle Maker (available thru Amazon for $7 (www.amazon.com/Norpro-3128-Spaetzle-Maker/dp/B00004UE89) or Bed Bath and Beyond or use a flat shredder placed over pan.
when Spaetzle rise to the top they are done.
Drain and Rinse.
