1 1/2 C. All purpose flour
1 C. Sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, stir well.
Store in a Mason Jar.
Use 6 T. for each Box Cake Mix.

Our cake mixes used to be 18.25 ounces. Several years ago they cut them down to 15.25 ounces. To get that big cake back just add 6 Tablespoons of the Box Cake Mix upsizer to your cake mix!
