24 ounces packages cream cheese
2 eggs
1 T. lemon juice
1 large-sized sour cream
½ vanilla
½ cup sugar
graham cracker crust, made in a spring form pan

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cheese. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and half the sour cream. Process until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 370 degrees for 35 minutes. Mix
remaining sour cream, 2 T. sugar, and 1/2 t. vanilla. Put on top of cheese cake and bake for about 5 minutes more at 475 degrees. Experimentation will give proper time.
