1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. curry powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and let chicken marinate overnight.
2. Place cubes of chicken on skewers and grill on both sides until done.
3. To bake, cook at 450º for 17-18 minutes.
