2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups shredded carrots
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit and grease a 13x9x2in pan
2) Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl
3) Make a well in the center and add the following ingredients in order: sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract
4) Beat the mixture well after each addition with a wooden spoon until smooth
5) Stir in the carrots and pineapple until well blended, then pour into the prepared pan
6) Bake for roughly 45 minutes
7) Once cool, frost with cream cheese frosting
