Onion
Bread crumbs or Panko Crumbs
Salt and pepper
Margarine
Milk
Oil for browning chicken

Directions:
Directions:
The amount of flour, egg, milk and crumbs will depend on how much chicken you are using.

Dip the chicken in flour, then an egg/milk mixture and then into crumbs. I have used bread crumbs and panko crumbs and both work really well.
Brown chicken in oil and a little bit of margarine and then place pieces in a greased roaster. Add sliced raw onions, salt, pepper and some margarine on top. Bake at 350 for about an hour.

This is a family favourite for chicken. You can use chicken breasts or chicken pieces.
