3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons hot water,1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup flour, pinch salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla

Separate eggs. Beat yolks, add sugar, little by little to yolks, add hot water and beat. Add sifted flour and baking powder and salt. Beat whites and fold in last. Put in tart pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes
