12 carrots - cooked in lightly salted water
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
2 T dry onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c flour
2 c milk or 1/2 & 1/2
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Slip skins off the carrots & slice. Alternate layers of carrots & cheese. Melt butter - Stir in flour & spices. Gradually add milk and stir until thickened. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 25 min.
