2 1/2 c corn
1/2 to 3/4 c milk (whole kernel - 3/4 c --- cream style - 1/2 c)
1 c dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 small onion, chopped (1 rounded tsp dry onion)
3 T chopped green pepper or pimento
salt & pepper
2 T butter or margarine

Combine corn & milk. Add crumbs, onion, pepper, & seasonings. Pour into greased 1 qt casserole. Dot with butter. Bake 350º for 30 min.
