Directions:
Heat stewed tomatoes w/ a little sugar and butter and then served over toast that has been cut into little squares.

You can do variations on this by adding cubed bread to the cooking tomatoes and sugar, making a sort of tomato pudding.

This dish is something I remember from my childhood - Grandma Edith made it a lot and then Laura Lou did as well. I've never seen it fixed anywhere else. LP
