Cheese, grated
Hot Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Slice wieners into rounds and boil to remove excess fat.
Peel potatoes and slice very thin. Place 1/2 of the potatoes slices on the bottom of a greased baking dish; sprinkle with 3 cups of grated cheese and the wiener rounds.
Layer on remaining potatoes and cheese. Pour 1 quart of hot milk into the dish.
Bake in the upper third of the oven at 425ºF fir 25 minutes, until the potatoes are tender, and the top is lightly browned and crusty.
