2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 stick butter or oleo
1/2 c Shortening
4 T Cocoa
1 c Cold Water
1/2 c Buttermilk or add 1 t soda to milk
1 t Vanilla
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Baking Soda
2 Eggs
Pinch of salt

Icing (Incredibly delicious)
1 stick butter or 0leo
4 T Cocoa
5 T Milk
1 T Vanilla
1 Box Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Put flour and sugar in large bowl and set aside. Put butter, shortening, cocoa, and cold water in pan and bring to a boil. Pour into flour and sugar and mix well. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and pour into pre-sprayed cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 400º. Place icing ingredients except powdered sugar in pan and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar until to icing consistency. Ice cake after it has been allowed to cool for at least 20 minutes.
