Butter
Cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into strips as for French fries. Dip each strip in the melted butter (or margarine) and roll in fine cornflake crumbs. Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet, or in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in a 375º oven for about 45 min. or until done.
