1 lb of lean ground beef,
1/2 lb of ground Italian Sausage,
1/2 lb grated Parmasean Cheese,
1/2 lb grated Asiago Cheese,
1 lb Lasagna,
1 lb Riccotta,
2 cans Black Olives,
3/4 lb Crab Meat or Lobster Meat,
2 eggs,
1/2 c. Virgin Olive Oil,
Black Pepper,
Garlic Powder,
Tomato Sauce (your own recipe),
1 lb Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese,
Any additional personal spices

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and sauage in pan until cooked. Drain fat, and place in a bowl to cool.
Boil Lasagna noodles with Olive Oil until desired tenderness. Mix Riccotta with eggs and black pepper, garlic, and 2 T. grated cheese.

Prepare Lasagna in 2 - 9" pyrex dishs using light covering of sauce on bottom of dish.
Then layer noodles, Ricotta, ground meat, black olives, crab meat, cheeses. Repeat layers until dish is full.

Bake in pre-heated oven of 350 for about 30 minutes.
