4-6 chicken breasts
1 5 oz pkg uncle ben's brown & wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 stack ritz crackers
1/2 c melted butter
2 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and cube. Cooke rice according to directions on box. Layer the bottom of casserole dish with cooked rice. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and pour mixture over the rice. Mix crackers, butter and poppy seeds. Top casserole with cracker mixture. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
