2 2/3 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder

2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup Milk
3/4 cup softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Measure flour by dip-level-pour. Blend dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Roll 1/4" thick on well floured pastry mat. Cut with 2" cutter, place on greased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min.
When I make these, I leave the dough sticky and work the flour in on mat. Then roll out. Try not to re-roll the dough any more than necessary or it will get tough.

Butter Cream Frosting
I use food processor to blend butter and milk into the powdered sugar, add vanilla. Add more milk or sugar to get the consistency you want.
