1 lb ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato paste
3 cans water (use the paste can)
½ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 ½ tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
Do not brown hamburger. Combine all ingredients, adding water, one can at a time. Bring to a boil then turn down heat and cook slowly for 1 ½ hours.
