1.5 cups or 6oz walnut halves
9oz bittersweets collocated finely chopped
1C or 4 oz dried sour cherries coarsely chopped
2T finely chopped crystallize ginger

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat to 350.
-Toast nuts on baking sheet golden and fragrant, cool and coarsely chop.
-Line 12x8 sheet with wax.
-Heat 2/3 chocolate in microwave in 30 sec bursts until melted and stir until smooth ---Add remaining chocolate and stir until melted.
-Stir in nuts, cherries and ginger to coat and scrape onto cookie sheet.
-Refrigerate.

Keep in mind - you can add anything you like to the mix. We have added oats, dried cranberries, raisins, dried apricots etc.
