You can use this Indian Bread recipe for Tortillas and Fry Bread.
For Tortillas: Cover ball of dough for about 15 min. Break off a hand size piece, roll into a ball, flour both sides and push it down flat. Roll it out with a rolling pin. flipping it over as you roll it.
Warm your skillet on med high. Put tortilla in a skillet( no grease). Cook until it starts to bubble on top and sides turn brown then turn over. Cook until bottom is brown. Wrap bread in a cloth towel until served.

Fry Bread: Put 1 to 2 cups of oil in a deep frying pan, on med to high heat.Let heat up. You will know when you grease is ready when you put a small pinch dough in grease and its starts to bubble.
Cover ball of dough for about 15 min. Break off a hand size piece, roll into a ball, flour both sides and push it down flat. Roll it out with a rolling pin.
Check your grease to see if it hot enough as noted above. If its ready, gently put your fry bread dough into grease. Cook until starts to bubble on top and your sides of your bread turn brown, then flip and cook on the other side.( If your grease is not hot enough your dough will not bubble). Pull out frybread and stand it up on paper towel to let grease drain. Serve with beans on a Sunday. Every Sunday, ( just kidding).
