4 cups of Kernel popcorn
3 1/2 cups of butter
1 1/2 cups of corn syrup
6 cups of sugar

Add butter
Add corn syrup
Add sugar together and cook over medium heat until it starts to boil
reaching 234º
Add ingredients to the popcorn and make popcorn balls the size of a large orange and let cool.
You can add food coloring for different colors of popcorn balls.

These popcorn balls are delicious, our ITCN Head Start Health Manager had a vendor table for the past 7+ years and made these delicious popcorn balls for the ITCN Convention. She has retired the table and shared her secret recipe, they are delicious give them a try.
