Ingredients: 5 lbs spareribs, cut into 8 sections 1 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp salt 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp paprika 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions: |
Directions:Heat oven to 250. Combine the spices and the sugar. Place each portion of the ribs on a piece of foil large enough to fold into a package. Rub both sides of the ribs with the spices and seal the package. Put on a baking sheet and bake for about 4 hours until falling from the bone. Pour out the juices into a saucepan and boil the juice until reduced by a half. Stir in the paprika and vinegar. Serve with the ribs. ( in my oven it takes about 3 hours) |
